Greystar is pleased to announce the start of pre-leasing at Elan Heights in Houston, Texas. The 326-unit apartment community is conveniently located at 825 Usener Street near the intersection of White Oak Drive and Taylor Street. The high-rise development will include seven floors of luxury apartment homes in Woodland Heights.
Elan Heights is being developed and professionally managed by Greystar. The community will feature spacious studios, one and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging in size from 627 to 1,427 square feet of living space. Modern interior finishes will include quartz countertops with undermount sinks, stainless steel appliances, upgraded French-door refrigerators, built-in microwaves and ovens, custom glass-front cabinetry and hardwood flooring. Apartment homes will incorporate features such as gourmet kitchens, ten foot ceilings, Saflok® electronic locking system, custom closets, private balconies, and full size washers and dryers in every unit.
The community will provide a signature amenity package that includes an on-site fitness studio, yoga room and virtual exercise routines and classes by Fitness on DemandTM. Elan Heights will include a state-of-the-art conference center, a resident lounge and game room. Residents will be able to enjoy a sky lounge with indoor and outdoor seating areas, a resort-style swimming pool, courtyard, outdoor kitchen, grilling stations and a fire pit. The pet friendly community will offer a dog spa, dry cleaning service and on-site parking.
